INITIATOR:  Timothy Wilson, Acting City Attorney

STAFF INFORMATION SOURCE:  Timothy Wilson, Acting City Attorney

BACKGROUND: This proposed ordinance clarifies the $250.00 fine is applicable specifically to vehicular trespassing.  Ordinary trespassing will still be punished in accordance with state law and the City of Lawton general punishment ordinance.  Additional changes were prompted by recent changes to state statute, which specifically gives an innkeeper the ability to eject persons from a premise and provide a list of permissible reasons.
