BACKGROUND: On November 7, 2023 City Council discussed ways to assist in the creation and maintenance of neighborhood watch programs in the City of Lawton. Council directed staff to compare neighborhood watch programs in 6 peer cities and to bring back a plan to support the creation of programs. This report is staff’s comparison and plan.
