BACKGROUND: Pursuant to Section 307B.4, Title 25, Oklahoma Statutes, consider convening in executive session to discuss the pending tort claim of Mark Long, and if necessary, take appropriate action in open session. The City Attorney advises the City Council should determine that disclosure of confidential communications between the Council and the City Attorney regarding the above referenced item will seriously impair the ability of the City to process the City’s interest in the aforementioned tort claim, and from that determination, the Council should convene in executive session to discuss this matter.
