BACKGROUND: The City and Alfred Espinoza d/b/a A.E. Construction Co. (AEC) entered into a Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release dated June 17, 2019. The City and AEC desire to amend the Agreement such that AEC will no longer be required to construct and install a pedestrian bridge but shall instead be required to construct and install approximately 1,929 linear feet of ADA accessible sidewalk which shall be 6 feet in width and located along the South side of Gore Boulevard between SE Flower Mound Road and SE Warwick Way.
