BACKGROUND: Lawton Marketplace Phase II is a commercial development located off NW 82nd Street and consists of 2 commercial lots on 4.63 acres. The land is zoned C-5 (General Commercial District). On November 8, 2022, the City Council approved a construction plat for Lawton Marketplace Phase II subject to the condition of obtaining an ODEQ permits for sanitary sewer line.
On January 06, 2023, the City of Lawton was granted Permit No. SL000016220882 for the construction of 687 linear feet of eight (8) inch PVC pipe for sanitary sewer collection and all appurtenances to serve the Lawton Marketplace Phase II.
On May 23, 2023, City Council accepted the sanitary sewer line to serve Lawton Marketplace Phase II and maintenance bond in the amount of $16,171.50. The Maintenance Bond is on file in the City Clerk’s office. The consulting engineer was Bryan Richards with BWR Design Group, LLC.
The City Planning Commission discussed the Record Plat on January 11, 2024 and made the recommendation to approve.
