BACKGROUND: GH2 Architects, LLC will be providing initial architectural design services on the Project PR2312 Wading Pool Improvements. Scope of Initial Services will include a Schematic Design Report and Site Survey for a stipulated sum fee of Twenty-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($28,800.00).
GH2 Architects shall submit a schematic design report for Wading Pool Improvements within 60 days from notice to proceed.
In accordance with the True North Culture Statement by providing a more efficient service to the citizens of Lawton, these services will be paid from the 2019 CIP/Park Improvements project account: PR2310-IMPROV. This account has a balance of $28,800.00 as of January 12, 2024. After the encumbrance of the contract in the amount of $28,800.00, there will be a balance of $0.00.
