BACKGROUND: Temporary and permanent utility and access easements are required from 38th Street Properties, LLC. for the Cache Road water main and sidewalk project located at 7019 NW Cache Road. Clayton L. Green, Jr. Managing Member, of 38th Street Properties, LLC. has agreed to donate the required easements.
The rehabilitation of the water system provides for safe community through safe drinking water and places the Citizens first, in accordance with the goals of the True North Culture Statement.
