BACKGROUND: This matter involves the workers’ compensation claim of Austin Solenberg, a previous fire fighter for the City of Lawton, Fire Department, who alleges injury to his left shoulder, the last date of exposure was February 14, 2023. Settlement has been reached subject to City Council approval with the claimant agreeing to accept the City’s offer of $10,368.00 including a $311.04 Multiple Injury Trust Fund Assessment payment to the Oklahoma Tax Commission. Mr. Solenburg is unrepresented in his claim.
